*Tuition, $200.00 registration fee per student and the $300.00 Family Assessment per family are non refundable.
*Late fee: $ 100.00 late fee per student will be assessed for re-registration received after May 1, 2008
Payment Plans
A. One payment in full on or before July 1, 2008, payable to Immaculate Conception School

B. Ten (10) monthly payments due: May 2008 through February 2009 via FACTS monthly payment plan. (There is a $41.00 annual FACTS fee per family. This fee is processed electronically by FACTS upon agreement being posted to the FACTS system.)

In order to be considered Parishioners of Immaculate Conception for purposes of tuition, you had to have been registered at Immaculate Conception Parish and had an offertory envelope number on or before January 1, 2007 and have contributed a minimum of $8.00 weekly or $416.00 annually in the offertory envelopes.
