Faculty and Staff of The Convent School
Mrs. Maeve Allen
Pre-School Teacher  mallen@icschool.net

I have been teaching at Immaculate Conception since 2001, however I.C. has been an important part of my life for much longer than that, as I have been a parishioner here for many years. In addition, I graduated from Immaculate Conception School. After later graduating Marlborough High School, I received a B.S. in Elementary Education from Worcester State University. On a personal note, my husband Tom and I have three sons and three granddaughters.

Mrs. Brenda Allen
Pre-School Assistant

I am starting my 4th year at IC School. I began as an instructional assistant in 2nd grade. Currently, I enjoy working with Mrs. Allen in Preschool, supervising 3rd and 4th grade lunch, and assisting with small group and classroom activities especially in math and science subjects in the lower school.

Prior to coming to IC school, I volunteered in my own children’s schools and I taught religious education for six years at Our Lady of Fatima Parish in Sudbury where my family attends.

I have a B.Sc. in Biology from the University of Ottawa. I worked in a research laboratory before being married and moving to Massachusetts. My husband, Stephen and I have three children, our youngest son is still in college while his sisters have joined the working world.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, gardening cooking, and traveling.

Mrs. Digna Montes de Oca
Convent School Secretary    csadmin@icschool.net

15 years ago my husband and I moved to the United States with two boys and our bags filled with dreams. Soon we complete our family with another member, but a princess this time. With a bachelor degree in Advertising, I started to work in different places related to my career but always thinking to spent more time with my family. The opportunity appeared, and I started at the Immaculate Conception Convent School at the end of 2015 as the Convent School Secretary.

My family loves to live in Massachusetts, but specially here in Marlboro. Everybody likes to help in the church, dance and travel.
